Snohomish Real Estate 
Snohomish has a very different character from Bellevue, an urban center and Kirkland, an idyllic bedroom community.  Snohomish County is mostly rural dotted with small towns.  There is still an extensive farming industry as well as logging.  As you drive through the county you can't help notice all the horses.  At one point in time it was said that Snohomish county had more horses per capita than any other county in the US.

Kirkland Real Estate 
Kirkland is located along the east shore of Lake Washington in the Seattle area. This city began, as many cities in Washington did, as a logging town. There were lots of forests close by and Lake Washington made it easy to transport logs and lumber both domestically and internationally.
